Nick & Caroline – Sellers

We met three estate agents before deciding on James Ramsey to market our property for sale. We found that they were the most informative about the local area, they knew the area and were aware of local trends regarding house sales.

The house photos were amazing. Paul was not at all pushy but he impressed us with his pleasant demeanour, having lived in our home for nearly 23 years he knew many people and places that we knew and that meant we felt confident with him.

Once our house went under offer Paul kept us up to date and did not tire in keeping us in the loop about the progress of our sale. Paul will make you believe in estate agents again, especially when they get such bad press!
